Terms of Service for Last Alarm

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Last Alarm mobile application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Last Alarm is an alarm clock application that uses AI-powered video verification to help ensure you complete wake-up tasks. The Application requires:

  • •Access to your device's camera and microphone to record verification videos
  • •An internet connection to process verification through AI services
  • •Notification permissions to deliver alarm alerts

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Failure to maintain accurate account information or unauthorized use may result in termination of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Application require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • •You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • •Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms
  • •You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings

5. Camera Usage and AI Verification

By using the Application's verification features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • •You grant the Application permission to access your camera and microphone during verification
  • •Video recordings are sent to third-party AI providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) for analysis
  • •You will not record illegal activities, other people without consent, or inappropriate content
  • •AI verification results may not be 100% accurate; the Application is not responsible for incorrect verifications

Important:

We do not store your verification videos. They are processed in real-time and immediately discarded. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • •Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Application
  • •Use the Application to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application
  • •Use automated systems or software to access the Application without permission
  • •Post, share, or upload content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable, in a club, a shared list, a username, or anywhere else other users can see it
  • •Impersonate another person, or use a club, list, or username to advertise, solicit, or mislead
  • •Submit video or other content that is not a genuine record of you completing the task
  • •Create accounts, use multiple devices, or otherwise act to obtain referral rewards you have not earned

7. Clubs, Shared Lists, and Content You Share

Clubs and shared task lists let you share activity with other people. You are responsible for what you create and share, including club names and descriptions, list and task names, your username, and any content other members can see. You keep ownership of what you create, and you give us permission to store and display it to the people you shared it with so the feature can work.

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. You can report a user or content, and you can block another user, from within the Application. We review reports and may remove content, archive a club, or suspend an account, at our discretion and without notice. If you believe something breaches these Terms, report it in the app or contact us at the address below.

A club may be listed publicly, in which case its name, description, goal, and member count can be searched and seen by other users of the Application. You must be at least 13 years old to use clubs, shared lists, or any other feature that shares your activity with people you have not invited.

8. Referral Program

You may share your referral code with people who do not already use Last Alarm. A friend who signs up with your code gets a discount on their first year, and you earn a reward once they become a paying subscriber and remain one for a holding period shown in the Application. Your code only pays out once your own subscription is active.

Rewards are paid as a gift card to the email address you give us when you claim, usually within a few days of approval. Rewards are not cash, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to your own subscription.

A referral applies once per new account, once per device, and once between any two accounts. We may void a reward at any time, including where a referred subscription is refunded or cancelled during the holding period, where a referral appears to be self-referral or otherwise not genuine, or where the program is abused. We may change or end the program, and these conditions, at any time.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Application settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APPLICATION'S RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE AI VERIFICATION WILL ALWAYS WORK CORRECTLY OR THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LAST ALARM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MISSED ALARMS OR FAILED VERIFICATIONS.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
